I am 28 years old and my D dimer is 202ng ml. Is that indicate that I am covid infected? however I have done RTPCR as well as reports are yet to come

No . D dimer levels will not tell you that u have COVID or not. It is insensitive marker .m for covid detection. Take online consultation

D dimer is a poor indicator of covid 19 infection ,if that is what you are implying.
D dimer will tell if there is an active prothrombotic state or not.
Kindly avait the RT PCR test .

D dimer isn't elevated only in covid.
Anyways 202 value is within normal limits..
