Cure the cut spot inside the mouth

I have a cut inside my mouth cheek side after that there is a spot in red with white outline. It is from 3 months I have done many medicine to cure the spot but no medicine work on the spot because of this I have issue of ear problem also please suggest me best medicine to cure my cut spot...
