CRP is an acute inflammatory marker that elevates when your body goes through any sort of infection or inflammatory reactions.
It has no significant relationship with diabetes or prediabetes.
CRP is no reliable sometimes so the other blood counts do help in arriving at a conclusion.
CRP usually subsides waiting 3-5 days after the cause is resolved it could be a inflammatory response or due an infection .
