Hi i am thinking to take creatine because i am a vegetarian hence i dont get through my diet.I will be taking creatine as pre work out of 5g so my concern is that does it causes fat gain since my body fat percentage is 18% and i want to bring it till 12% . So i was suggested that creatine is also good for building large muscles and i want to gain some muscle mass .but i dont want to gain fat with that and also i have fat in my chest area will it be okay to take creatine
