Cramps in leg
I get cramps in legs at night times.. what are the causes for it and what remedies can be taken .? Is having thyroid could be one of the reason behind it ?

Hi!! According to your age..your lifestyle and positions will have to be checked...along with muscle weakness and vit.deficiency... Hi there...cramps in the left could be due to several reasons like venous insufficiency, arterial insufficiency, altered posture, increased accumulation of lactic acid due to activities. All of these will have to evaluated and any other associated symptoms will also have to be looked at. So please consult a general surgeon and orthopedic for further evaluation.
