Crakced / needle sensation on Tongue
I'm having some cracked / needle sensation on my tongue after eating / drinking or some times few months back I have some blood complete test vitamin D B12 LFT and serum etc
All are fine but having vitamin D deficiency with 16.2 started using weekly capsule once in a week on empty stomach after brush from last 7 weeks still 5 weeks left.

Cracked or needle like sensation can be due to vitamin deficiency or anemia. Another most common reason could be sharp teeth. Roundening of the edges of teeth will help.visit a dentist
