Cracking sounds
I get cracking/ clicking sounds from my joints such as : ankle, knees, wrist, shoulders etc every 10-15 mins whenever I move them. If I do not, they kinda become stiff. I also get tired faster these days. Would like to know if I need to get this checked or need to get some tests done for this.

These cracking/ clicking sounds and stiffness indicate that you have tightness in your calf muscles (ankle), Hamstrings (knee), Long Flexors of the wrist and Shoulder girdle/ Scapular muscles. Kindly learn stretching exercises from a Physiotherapist in your neighbourhood. Please do the stretching exercises twice daily.  Kindly give me your feedback after 4 weeks.
