Cracked Heels
Hi, today I noticed cracked heels on my Left Leg which is now started and in Right leg there is no crack it's nice and smooth.
Please suggest what to do.
Today I applied vasline cream .
And my age is 31 years why this is started now I'm still young.
Please provide permanent solution to avoid crack on heels.

hi crack heels occur due to constant exposure of your foot with the ground without shoes , it can also occur with slippers but it is not seen when you wear shoes all the time .i would suggest you to apply vaseline every night when you sleep after washing your foot once and also try wearing shoes as much as you can .
