Maintain foot hygiene, wash them with water and hydrogen peroxide and use a pumice stone
Use moisturex cream
Avoid contact with soaps/detergents

It is foot hygiene which has to be followed. It is something like the pedicure which the Beauticians offer.

Take half bucket of warm water mix liquid soap in it and soake your foot in that water for half an hour. Then after half an hour scrub all the dead skin. Then apply petroleum jelly ( Vaseline) on the affected area. Do it everyday till it because fine
Apply petroleum jelly at night also before sleeping.
Drink plenty of water. 4 liters per day.
