Left breast nipple cracked

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I am 23 years old,unmarried I have cracked nipple on my left breast before that I had a brast pain(non cyclical) according to the doctor suggest I took a gynozal 200gm capsules for 1 month.But now I am worried about crack so that I get an ultrasound and the report is normal mentioned BIRADS-1. Could you please suggest what the reason behind this and how to cure that.

Put hydrogel dressing over craked nipple, and rinse with warm saline water 2 times a day. If redness or itching antibiotic ointment can b used.
