I am a female .My age is 32 years.My heels hurt a lot whenever I walk barefoot on hard and uneven surface. My walking speed is also very slow..my ankles also hurts whenever I dance more. It's really tough for me walking without any cushioned footwear or shoe.i am facing this issue since 3-4 years.At first,I thought it will get better on it's own..but it is getting worse with time.My heels also hurt when I stand for long time or walk for longer period and distance. I Don't know what to do.it is creating hindrance in my daily life as well as during any trip especially hilly areas.please suggest some good treatment
