Hi doctor I have been tested covid positive on 3rd may I have been taking medicine only from yesterday night I don't have fever I only have mild headache and heaviness inside my head and fatigue I'm currently taking (as per a doctor's prescription) : Azithromycin 500 mg - OD for 5 days Zincomic 50(zinc acetate) - OD - 10 days Calcium and vit D3 tablets - OD - 10 days Becotab(vit b complex) - OD - 10 days Please tell me if I can continue these medicines or should I add vitamin C supplement as well.

Continue these. Add vit c once daily. Add ivermectin 12mg once at night for 5 days Monitor saturation, temperature and pulse thrice a day. Take plenty of fluids. Isolate yourself.
