Post covid lung fibrotic changes are not reversible.but medications and therapies can sometimes help ease symptoms and improve quality of life.If the lung scarring is minimal , lifestyle modification ,deep breathing lung exercises , treadmill walking should help you.In symptomatic long COVID-19 lung fibrosis steroid Prednisone and anti fibrosis medicine are used
