I got prescribed oflox oz twice a day for 5 days yesterday, concerning diarrhoea via infection. However, today i am feeling better so my question is am i supposed to take it for 5 days or should I take it for 3 days?

You need to complete the course of medicine.
Even in future, you must complete the antibiotic course whichever it is given for a specific period.
