Coughing sneezing running nose cold
I'm 26 years old and since I was 5 years whenever it's raining or its cold or a sudden drop in temperature I get heavy cough sneeze and running nose I have tried medications unani ayurveda everything but day by day it gets worse I cannot find a solution for my condition for 25 years

Dear u got allergic rhinitis.so u need to take special precautions before such weather sets in.
Take tab Montair LC once a day x one month when weather changes are happening
Steam inhalation two times a day
N alwaz use a cap n muffler around ur nose while going out in cold.
U r allergic to cold weather.
As u cnt hv control on the weather so modify ur lifestyle as per weather
