Syrup ambroxol+guiphenasin. 5 ml twice daily
Take warm water
Avoid fried and junk food
Use nasal saline drops..3 drops in each nose before sleep.

Tab pantop 40mg od x 5 days.
Avoid cold foods and cold weather.
If not reducing even after 2 days of the above, consult a physician with cbc test report (to be done in a lab)
