Cough related
I've cough and breathing related problem. From a few days, my nose is jamming due cough, tight green cough. To throw it out, I pressure to take my cough out of my nose... Bcoz of little excess pressure, my nose and head nerves started paining badly. I'm feeling brutal headache from a few days. Even I can't sleep in nights. Kindly suggest.

Take Dolo 650 sos or at an interval of 5-6 hours for Fever headache and generalized body pain
Grilinctus syrup: 10ml thrice daily after meal for 1 week
Allegra M : 1 tab at bed time for 10 days
Duonase nasal spray: 2 puffs in each nostril 3 times daily for 5 days
Take steam inhalation
Gurgling with salt water twice daily
Avoid heavy meal
Avoid citrus fruits
Avoid aerated drinks
Avoid chilled food from refrigerator
Take soft diet
Regularise sleep for 6 hours
