My daughter is suffering from dry cough since last 3 days. Even her voice has changed a little .In night the frequency of cough increases.

Give her a cough syrup, some loozanges, steam inhalation. Also please consult a paediatrician to know if it's just dry cough.. Since swine flu is also rampant these days.
