My sons cough aggravate suddenly since two days. What can I give to help him (home remedies and medicinal)
We have the drops - Ambroxol hydrochloride prescribed by our paed. But last time it didn't seem to have helped him much despite the three doses of .6 ml.

You can give him syp ambrodil s 1ml three times a day and syp Allegra 1 ml twice a day for 5 days and steam inhalation , in case of fever please consult through video
