Sir my has had covid ten days back throat irritation and fever after one day I also had the same symptoms I had azax 500 mg for three days dolo ,zinc,vitamin c etc but again I had the same symptoms since yesterday and 101 fever. Kindly suggest me what to do.

Recording to your sign and symptom and the history you have infection of Covid disease and now you are still getting the fever after 10 days but you should not worry the symptom of fever you are getting now because you should know that
Incubation period of covid viral disease is 2 to 14 days so symptom like fever cough body throat pain for the 14 days from the initial day of the symptom.
Your shouldn't worry from those sign and symptom.
Next Steps
you should take Paracetamol for fever and some multivitamin with Zinc with Vitamin C to increase strength and immunity for upcoming to 2 weeks.
