1. How much time should one wait after meal to walk / jog / exercise?
2. In general, what is the correct time for exercises throughout the day?
3. It is said that 8k to 10k steps every day is good for health. Does this count include every step we take like casual walking, shopping, moving around in the house or office?
4. Does walking have same benefits as jogging?
