Correct body figure
I am a girl of 20 years of age and i have a height of 162 cm. Whayt should be my weight and diet to geta perfect body structue. include exercises if necessary

60 to 64 is ideal weight for you...avoid junk foods,carbohydrates like rice etc,avoid oily foods...add proteins and fibre rich foods to your diet with green tea,green leafy vegetables, fruits...do regular exercise at least 2 hours a day...Consult nearest dietitian for diet chart they will do the needful.
