Hi plz theres no matter what ever time you take dry fruits, they should be soked for 4-6 hr,rest for more details please book appointment for resolve your pcod problam
Good morning dear,
Don't be so confused and worried unnecessarily. For taking Dryfruits the correct time and method is to soake the almonds, figs, raisins, dates, walnuts at night and take it in the morning before your morning tea. That will help you to maintain your stamina for a whole day. Rest of the Dryfruits like cashew nuts, pista, peanuts, makhana you should take as dry in evening time it will help you to prevent to take extra foods @ dinner and also from midnight cravings.
Only fruits and dry fruits will not resolve the issue. If you are trying to conceive your diet will have to include certain foods and exclude certain other depending on your hormones. Kindly consult through practo app for video consultation for detailed plan.
Dry fruits are best taken on an empty stomach for better digestion and absorption. They should be soaked for 5-6 hrs. If you can't take it on empty stomach for any reason, take them in between meals.
In pcos ,exercise, lifestyle modifications should be done as, walk after dinner in Moonlight for 15min and add lots of fruits and vegetables in your diet. No ,restrictions for fruits, you can take all fruits and vegetables. Dry fruit and seed should be taken in morning or with breakfast.
Hi,kindly book a consultation with me so that we can have a proper discussion before i can suggest you with a solution. I am available right now regards
Only taking dry fruits won't help you out.
Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day.
For PCOD specifically limit milk and milk products.
Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like Physical activity for atleast 1 hour, time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities. Try getting sleep for 6-8 hrs min.
