I want to attain correct head to back posture. My head leans forward and back behind and want to start working on it.

Neck Exercises. Neck Stretching.  Postural Correction. Shoulder Shrugs. Take frequent Breaks at work. Core Strenthening  Exercises. Use cervical pillow. Use Back Support. Self Massage the back of neck.

You cannot attain a correct posture with muscular imbalance.... Your muscle strength needs to be worked upon.... Visit a well qualified physiotherapist for the right guidance..

First correct your posture with ergonomics and then strengthen the muscle under guidance and supervision of physiotherapist.
