I Am Having Corneal thickness of 598 for both eyes Will it shows higher IOP than normal in Air Puff Tonometer?

Yes.. your iop reading will be falsely high.. You have to reduce your iop by 3 to get corrected iop.
Next Steps
Uf you have a family history of glaucoma then it’s advisable to get a visual field test done

Higher CCT will give higher iop reading..need to take correct iop according to CCT value..it would be lower

IOP will show higher than normal, in all tonometers, including Air puff, schiotz, Goldmann. It is advisable that whatever your IOP is, subtract (reduce) 3 from the value which is coming. Having a higher corneal thickness is good, and is considered to be one of the protecting factors against Glaucoma.
