Hi You can have it how ever you want .. raw salad is preferred if you don't have a gastric issues. The raw salad is high in fiber and dose not lose its vitamins that is why we suggest salad to be taken as raw.

Hi, eating raw salad vegetables are preferred if you don't have any health issues.  But before consuming any salad ( veg/non- veg ) prepreparation is very important like washing  vegetables thoroughly, cutting it with cleaned knife, etc are very important. In case of non- veg, cleaning and cooking/ grilling should be given more importance. Take care.

Raw salad if you have a healthy gut, but make sure you have a probiotic along with it, like curd, or commercial ones, like Yakult etc.
