I need to have fruit salad & normal salad everyday. Can you tell me some fruits that can be consumed everyday as the part of fruit salad ??? I also want to know about some veggies that can be eaten as daily as normal salad ???

Fruits are good for body functioning but it requirement for every person vary by their lifestyle. Fruits (apple+2 rounds of pineapple+1/2 banana) is good in 4 days in a week and fruits (orange+guava+berries) 3 days in a week both options cn be fr brkfst or lunch. Veggies( lettuce+cucumber+1/4beetroot+1/2raddish) daily . You cn add roasted peanuts or chana or rajmah beans boiled to make it more healthy.
