Contractions pain
I am in 39 weeks of my pregnancy during my NST uterine contractions range is found to be between 40 to 60mm/hg but I don't feel any pain.. Why?

It could be brachtons Hicks contraction which is painless and it's not regular. Labour contractions will be coming at regular intervals and with pain and keeps on increasing with time

This is uterine pressure. Sometimes you might not feel pain but contraction are present
