Continuous throat ulcers

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I'm facing continuous throat ulcers for 5 months once after got affected with severe fever and cold. I checked with gastro and it is found that im having mild gastritis and taking medication pantocid. Kindly provide me suggestions for treating throat or is that been caused due to gastritis

It seems to be due to gastritis only... it is likely laryngopharyngeal reflux.. consult personally for proper evaluation and treatment
