Continuous on and off fever with cold
The fever is continuously on and off along with cold cough and body ache.. And head ache . This is happening since 26th of July.. And extreme weakness is there he can't move at all. Not having food for days..

He is not to be treated at home if he has extreme weakness, can't move at all and he hasn't taken any food for many days.
