This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. First of all check your range of motion at shoulder joint to rule out frozen shoulder. Tell your physiotherapist about the exact location of your pain. For pain relief get US massage & TENS. If there is retriction of movement then your physiotherapist will give you exercises for improving the range of movement.
Next Steps
Consult your physiotherapist
Health Tips
Avoid sleeping on the effected side. If there is swelling do not give heat as it will increase the swelling. If pain is there without swelling then you can give heat.
