My son is suffering fever for 5 days already we even get his cbc and urinalysis sample but still there is no findings. What should i do?

HELLO, SYRUP IBUGESIC PLUS 5ML THREE TIMES A DAY.FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. SYRUP ACCUCLAVE PAEDIATRIC TWO TIMES A DAY 5 ml FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. CONSULT A PAEDIATRICIAN. O.K BYE
