Continous bad thoughts
I'm getting continous bad thoughts on my brain and tongue unable to concentrate on my work.please help me feeling very alone .... ...

Constant mental pressure, sudden emotional disturbance, relationship problems,family problems these are the Common causes . Open and empty ur mind.Try to relax.Sometime all thoughts which are in mind causes complex thought that are much worse.So now think about simple things.Read simple story,watch simple movies etc. Try to share ur thoughts with family,friends. Dont loose hope,face ur problems then u must find a way to fight it.

for overall health 1.sleep 8 hrs at night. 2.avoid too much social media. 3.avoid too much use of mobile pc laptop. 4.avoid mobile pc 1hr before sleep. 5.before sleep may hear good music,or read a good book or  can watch a good movie. 6.workout daily or regular morning walk or join gym. 7.Share ur thoughts with ur parents or good friends. 8.Concentrate on ur work,study,passion, hobby. 9.Maintain proper diet. 10.Take proper protein supplement and some time multivitamines.

You might be suffering with ruminating unnecessry thoughts which might be part of Obsessive and compulsive disorder. It may sometime lead to depressive symptoms if thoughts become uncontrollable.  Consult with a psychiatrist at the earliest .
