Contact lenses
Sir/madam, I want to ask that my eye sight number is -7 at present..So can i wear contact lenses now or switch to spectacles.. As I am wearing contact lenses from very long time.. Pls advice

Hello A. You can use contact lens B. you can't wear contact lenses through out the day ...eyes need rest also. In my opinion,use contact lens during your office hours or for occasions ( party/ functions). At home,prefer spectacles

You can wear good quality contact lenses. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.

You can continue using contact lenses, if you don't have any problem with them. But don't wear them beyond 8 hrs a day and do follow the instructions of your Dr. You should always have glasses as standby because you have to wear them rest of the time.

Yes u can wear contact lenses for out side But have a stand by spectacles incase for emergency too
