Can I consume Ashwagandha for years? I've been eating 1 himalaya Ashwagandha pill everyday for 10-12 months. Is it okay if I continue eating 1 pill everyday?

taking Ashwagandha daily should not be a problem... but it may make u gain some weight if taken on regular basis
