Edible camphor in very trace amounts is used in the theetham, still it is not safe during pregnancy.
Since you have taken it only once and that too only less than a handful, it may not be enough to reach the fetus

Do not repeat it, and drink lots of water to eliminate whatever minimal negative effects it can cause. May be because of these reasons, pregnant women are not advised to go to temple.
