I have black spots in inner cheeks what is the reason behind?? Some doctors said its melanin pigmentation only homoepathic doctor said its lichen please help me is it serious issue or just normal?? Is this curable

We cant say by ur pic u sent u require complete checkup it can be lichen planus  also or it can be cheek bite due to sharp cusps there are many reasons
