Spot in inner cheek
My mother age 48 past few months having recurring mouth ulcer not in same spot vitamin b12 level is normal 636 When she eat lots of Lemon juice her ulcer is not develop Her inner cheek some area some time little bit swollen Her vitamin d level low She also have brown or black spot in mouth is this spot is normal or abnormal ? She also have many spot in her face She don't take Tobacco Nom smoker Pic below attached

Brown spot resembles melanin deposition.could be a oral manifestation  of systemic disease i.e rule out Addison 's disease.
