My mother age 48 past few months having recurring mouth ulcer not in same spot vitamin b12 level is normal 636
When she eat lots of Lemon juice her ulcer is not develop

Brown spot resembles melanin deposition.could be a oral manifestation of systemic disease i.e rule out Addison 's disease.

Please mention where in the mouth do the ulcers develop. Also visit a dentist and get an clinical evaluation done. Your mother needs to get a routine full mouth professional cleaning done.
