Certainly! A diet for constipation typically includes fiber-rich foods, plenty of water, and some lifestyle adjustments. Consider incorporating: Fiber-rich foods: Whole grains, fruits, vegetables, legumes, and nuts can help promote regular bowel movements. Hydration: Drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep your stool soft and aid digestion. Prunes or prune juice: Prunes contain natural laxatives and can be effective in relieving constipation. Probiotics: Yogurt with live cultures or probiotic supplements can support a healthy gut. Healthy fats: Include sources of healthy fats, such as avocados, olive oil, and flaxseeds, to lubricate the intestines. Regular meals: Eat at consistent times to regulate your body's natural digestive rhythm.
