Dear, dont worry  But my concern if doctor given medicine but not told how to apply not convincing . Avoid self medication. Wash your hands with hand wash then apply gelly on your index finger then u can put gelly  directly  on opening of anus . Better consult general surgeon or any ayurvedic  anorectal disease specialist to get permanently  cure
