Constipation post delivery
Hi
I had normal delivery on April 22nd 2022,it's been months, I am suffering alot when passing motion . Suffering from constipation. M facing hell lot pain while passing motion and can see blood also along with motion. Please advice some medication to get rid of this problem.

Needs clinical examination, evaluate for local cause of bleeding per rectum (hemorrhoids/fissure) please consult nearest General Surgeon.
Consider adding fibre to your diet +/- laxatives to treat constipation. If bleeding persists, Endoscopy/Colonoscopy may be required.

Kindly get yourself examined in detail as it could be related to injury to anal sphincter which is causing such problem. Better to consult in person with a Doctor to arrive at a diagnosis so that it can be managed accordingly.
