Please meet a proctologist/ surgeon who specialised in anal fissures. Currently there are newer ways of treating fissures with medications as well as laser surgery. Constipation should also be treated well, otherwise fissures can keep recurring.
Next Steps
Please meet a proctologist/surgeon. Avoid constipation. Drink atleast 3 litres of water per day and have a high-fibre diet. Regular exercise also helps.
