Constipation
I have always been constipated for 5 years Before that I was ok but once I got gastroenteritis then I did not overcome Now sometimes I got hard stool then I take medicine mostly liquid paraffin then it's ok but not very well so I started eating rice instead of chapati ..some relief I got but in total not.. whenever I eat chapati mostly hard stool or not the same day it comes day after eating hard stool....My diet is morning rice moong dal then in afternoon two apple then in night moong dal rice for 2 - 3 years I was ok with that but after getting typhoid in sep (recovered)it is now worse ..daily I am tipated..is there any reason that typhoid is the reason for that? I want to know how long this will continue now I am tired of this daily taking medicine sitz bath eating rice lentil Someday I  am unable to pass stool and remove some part of stool by finger(someday )I heard some got rectum or colon cancer. I fear for that and I pray I don't have this type of disease please help

Try to add isabgol husk in luke warm water twice daily after good and include some salad fibre in your diet and plenty of fluid throughout the day start your day with luke warm water and exercise for atleast 30 min /6days aweek
