I am suffering from constipation problem since 7years , not free motion and hair fall are mainly raises how to avoid these problems ,sir pls tell me

Hello... Constipation can be due to many reasons...but certain changes in your lifestyle & eating habits will surely help you....like...drinking atleast 12 to 15 glasses of water daily, taking green leafy vegetables, fruits & stuff that will increase the fibre content...at night drinking a glass of warm water with a spoon of Pure Ghee added to it will also help as it will lubricate the intestines making the things easy. I believe your hairfall is also due to this constipation....because of which the digestion is hampered & you don't get the required nutrition.....

You can increase your water intake, food intake at regular intervals, taking more fibrous food like green leafy veggies and fruits like Apple, banana and citrus fruits.  Sleep at least for 7-8hrs per day. For hairfall you should oil your hair every alternate day and wash it atleast twice a week.
