Asked for Female, 60 Years

For past 6 days, she couldn't get fresh. Has chronic constipation but this time she is not getting relief from medicines.. She has tried different medicines in homeopthy, Ayurvedic and allopathy. She is diabetic for many years. She takes fiber rich diet, drinks water in morning, isabgol etc.
