Constipation during pregnancy
I have been suffering from constipation and rectal bleeding during pregnancy. This is my fourth month of pregnancy.

Hello Ma'am,no need to worry, Take Isabgol 2 tsf at night with milk, Apply Jatyadi ghrit locally twice a day, Take blue berries, cherries, Anjeer Draksha, pomegranate, melons, watermelon, coconut water, cranberries,Quinoa,green vegetables etc

Don't worry.  You might have history of hemorrhoids / piles. Increase water and fruit juice in take . Soak around 25 gms of black raisin / mannukka  and eat daily before bed. Ayurvedic medicine are safe during pregnancy for  fissure or piles .
