Hi
Greetings for the day!!!
In some subjects it may cause constipation as dates being rich in Iron..and people who take Iron tablets for longer periods also noted that ,they also had some side effects on their health such as stomach upset or irritability and constipation etc..due to iron overload and this can also lead to toxicity..if taken in larger quantities daily..
Over dose of any particular food variety may be harmful...
So please consider taking dates two or three per day max and not more than that...as anything more than required proportions can cause some ill effects on the health in the long run..
Health Tips
Since dates being wholesome natural food , consider taking them once in three days in limited portions , Say for example 2 to 3 nos per day ..which are enough for its bioavailability..in our bodies.
Note: Never go by the looks, that can be more deceiving...So try reading labels and Ingredients behind every food packet you purchase outside..so that you'll known what's in and can make a wise decision before any purchase..
Thankyou
Dates don't cause constipation as they are rich in iron so its very beneficial for everyone. You should take 3-4 dates in a day that would be sufficient.
