Can you pls suggest a mild laxative which can be taken when the stomach is not getting cleared due to constipation and gas is accumulating because of that. Kindly mention the dosage also.

Constipation usually occurs at this young age due to inadequate intake or water, having more carbs and less veggies
Take warm water after meals, include salad atleast cucumber in ur meal, you won’t require medication for that
