Constipation and bleeding

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I am suffering from acute constipation. My bowels November is very painful and there is bleeding also. After that, I am feeling too much pain for 2 to 3 hours . Sitting is also painful. Please suggest medicine

Likely diagnosis is Anal Fissure . Add Laxatives. Do sitz bath twice a day followed bylocal application of analgesic ointment (lignocaine). Pain killers with muscle relaxant combined for few days will help.
