Went to pediatrician he said she is holding and pushing potty backwards and gave anovate cream to apply to pass stools for pain relief but nothing is helpful. Daughter is crying continuously and still not passing stool. Pls suggest what else can be done now?

Hi Constipation is a lifestyle disease..it needs a multidimensional approach..if not passing stool for a longer period with stomach pain..better to visit a pediatrician and get relieved with either suppository or enema..later on the home medicines would help..
Next Steps
Make sure you are giving atleast 3 fruits 2 vegetables every day..Green leafy vegetable in diet..Atleast 1 hr of physical activity..decrease screen time if any..and milk to a lesser quantity

Piclin syrup is harmful and has many side effects. Better to avoid.
Next Steps
Better to use Laxopeg fc or Muout syrup as they are gentle on the gut. They need to be used for some time before gradually weaning off
Health Tips
Care should be taken to provide water and high fibre diet
